Human resources management system

The human resource management system aims to achieve the objectives of the organization by recruiting, developing and using the workforce effectively according to the needs of the organization. This is done by providing a suitable work environment, developing the skills and capabilities of employees, enhancing teamwork, and improving the overall performance of the organization.  

The HRMS also includes measures to protect employee rights, promote justice and equality of opportunity, and deal with workplace health and safety issues.  

ICT is an essential tool in an HRM, as it uses software and computer systems to facilitate and improve the management of information and various processes of human resources.  

In general, the human resource management system aims to achieve a balance between the needs of the organization and the needs of employees, enhance efficiency and effectiveness at work and achieve sustainable success for the organization.
